Buying and selling activity in the Seattle housing market has has slowed overall in 2019. There have been very few if any bidding wars on homes currently on the market. Be it the harsh winter weather and snow or if local real estate has finally become more realistic the current even paced market is good news for buyers. Millennials in particular will have a greater opportunity for home ownership with fewer competing bids. Our prediction however, is that the housing market will pick up in the Spring and early Summer and homeownerhsip rates will continue to rise.
